Why do you write a blog?

The internet is the best way I know of to get my message to as large a number of people as possible.

What is your message?

My message is “How to Have Peace of Mind.”

I know that sounds big, vague, and maybe unattainable. However, I also know it is possible.

My search has taken me through seminars, religions, books, discussions, and other forms of research. My observation is that every one searches for Peace of Mind and few find it.

Have you found Peace of Mind?

I have found HOW to have Peace of Mind. The reason I write is to explore how to maintain it in different circumstances.

How did you find how to have Peace of Mind?

I found it through living life and making observations about what works every time and what only appears to work.

Then, I categorized those observations, refined them, and simplified them until I had a description that is easy to explain.

What is that description?

I call it “Living the Southwest Lifestyle.”

Are you trying to create a new religion?

NO – not at all. I’m writing about observations on life.

The three laws of the Southwest Lifestyle are not rules that must be followed. Instead, they are explanations of how things work.

Understanding these laws brings Peace of Mind.

If I am reading your blog for the first time, what do you suggest I read first?

I suggest you read the three series on the Laws of the Southwest Lifestyle. These series provide a background for all my other writings.

Since my way of thinking is different than the way most people think, it may be difficult to understand at first – especially if a reader is accustomed to drama and conflict. However, if you approach these series with an open mind, they provide insight into my way of thinking, explain how to have Peace of Mind, and make my other writings easier to understand.

How does this blog help you fulfill the desire you write about in The Laws of the Southwest Lifestyle Series.?

If I can communicate the message of how to have and maintain Peace of Mind, this would make a major impact on the world.

What if I disagree with you or have insights that are different from yours?

I encourage you to comment, ask questions, and provide your insight.

The use of words to communicate is, at best, an inexact science. I want to be certain I communicate my ideas in the clearest manner possible to reduce, and hopefully eliminate, any misunderstanding of my writing.

With this in mind, it is vital for you to comment. Your will interpret these writings from your own perspectives so the message received may be quite different than the one I intend.

Feedback will help me clarify my writing.

A writer more experienced than I once told me never to take ownership of written projects. Instead, I should recognize that the words I write, like the kids I raise, take on a life of their own – especially when other people offer their feedback and input.

I desire to create written words that benefit our entire planet and bring understanding. I know that I do not have complete understanding yet and your participation will helps me acquire that so I may share it with others.

I thank you in advance for your participation.
